This week has flown by. I thought that I would have completed this over the weekend, but here I sit...Tuesday morning.
I did get the view "Next Blog" button removed. I wanted to do it MYSELF so bad, but I had to get my husband to help some. I was overlooking the "edit HTML" button! At least I have him to help me out!!
I posted this first paragraph this morning....and then I came home to add some more to my blog and complete the class assignment. It took me a while to figure out how to get back into this post to write more. I know that once I get used to this it will become easier, but I would have thought it would have been easier than this.
Now I am looking at this in "Preview" mode....I have separated paragraphs, but it seems to be running everything together :(
A-Ha! I clicked on the "Options" tab under "Post settings" and found the option to "Press 'Enter' for line breaks" AND now it separates my paragraphs! :)
Okay, now to work on the class assignment:
"Create a blog!!! Your first post should outline your intent for the blog."My intent for my new blog will be to document Art lesson Plans and activities that I have done and plan to do for my classroom. I LOVE Pinterest and use it to search for lesson plan ideas. Many times Pinterest has taken me to another art teacher's blog. I would like to create a blog that would be useful to other teachers and artists. I like blogs that have a search within the blog...hopefully Blogger will have that option....and I can figure out how to include it in my blog.
I have done more with my blog! I added some pages and the search my blog like I wanted! I went to the area where I edit my blog page, to the left side there is different tabs....layout, template, etc.
Under layout I was able to add: Search this blog.
Under pages I was able to add different pages, I even added a link to my school's website!
